Theater, Rent, No Thanks, Undecided? Rent (but possibly Theater). The Bourne Legacy is a continuation of the Bourne series without leading star Matt Damon, being replaced by Jeremy Renner. Well, that’s good enough for me; Renner has become one of my favorite actors to watch lately and he looks like he won’t disappoint in this fourth entry. I thought I was going to end my summer 2012 movie theater viewing with The Dark Knight Rises but this Bourne seems to be an action packed thrill ride that might shine among the August dumping ground for cinematic features, hence my “possible” outcome for getting off my butt and going to watch it with a crowd. One way or another, I will be giving it shot for sure; it looks like an awesome time. –LJF

Theater, Rent, No Thanks, Undecided? Theater. The Bourne Trilogy is based in the simple concept of thrills, chills and spills, just like the old HBO tagline from the 1980s. I expect nothing short of this in the Bourne Legacy. Jeremy Renner will no doubt prove to be a suitable replacement for Matt Damon, but he’ll give the role of a government engineered super spy a completely different look and feel. This is going to be a terrific film to end the summer movie season and I can’t wait to check it out. –BB
